To give someone access to your analytics account, you must be an admin of the Google Analytics account.

Here’s how to do it:

 

1.Login to your Google Analytics account.

 

2.Click on “Admin” in the bottom left-hand corner.

 

 

 

3.Choose the type of access you want to give by clicking Access Management.

It will be either:

  • Account Access Management, which means someone can access, add, or delete all the websites connected to your analytics.
  • Property Access Management, which enables the user to set up integrations and tracking This is the one you’ll probably use for your agency or partner.
  • View Access Management is excellent for granting internal access.

 

 

4. Select Add Users by clicking the Blue + in the top right corner.

 

 

5.Add the user you wish to add by entering their email address. After that, you can choose the permissions you want to give that person. They can be a viewer, analyst, admin, or editor.

 

 

An email with a link to click will be sent to the person you want to give access to. The permissions you gave them should be available to them right away.
