How to Give Access to a Google Business Profile in 2023

To share access to your Google Business Profile, you can follow these steps:
1.Go to business.google.com and sign in to your Google account.
2.If you own many businesses, you may have to choose which ones to give access to. You should be the business owner to provide access to your account.
3.Click on the “Users” tab.
4.Click Add new users and add the email address of the person you want to invite.
5.Additionally, you can invite an organization account (not an individual). To do this, the agency or partner needs to give you an ID number that you can copy and paste into the space like this:
6.Next, you must choose which role you will assign to the invited agency or partner. You have two alternatives:
- Manager Role
- Owner Role (can invite others to manage your Google Business Profile)
7.After selecting the role to be assigned, click Invite.
8.This person or organization will get an email informing them that they have been asked to administer your Google Business Profile. After clicking the confirm button, they will have access to your profile.
